I feel a sense of belonging here. I’ve been a part of the growth and evolution of the company and have learnt to adapt to working with an increasingly diverse and multi-generational workforce.
I joined the QI Group in Aug 2002. In the 18 years since then, I’ve had the privilege of growing with the company. When I look back to the early years, it’s hard to believe that we were just a handful of people in a small office back then. Today, we are spread far and wide and are truly global.
I feel a sense of belonging here. I’ve been a part of the growth and evolution of the company and have learnt to adapt to working with an increasingly diverse and multi-generational workforce. I’ve had the opportunity to lead various teams, dabble in different functions from HR to finance and most importantly, I’ve had the privilege of learning from great minds.
My favourite part of the year is always our annual global V-Convention. As part of the organising team, I love the experience of working with people from so many different countries and from such diverse backgrounds in an energetic and lively atmosphere.
As I look back at my journey here, I am grateful for the lessons from our Founders who have instilled in us the importance of being conscious global citizens who serve those in need and protect the environment. I’ve learnt that we all have a responsibility to be an ambassador of sustainable living and to pass the baton on to the next generation.
This year marks the QI Group’s 22nd Anniversary and I strongly believe that our core values and corporate philosophy of RYTHM – Raise Yourself To Help Mankind, is what has brought us this far.
